I got to enjoy the taste of a new local business this weekend... Smoocheese owner Bridget Wilkie dropped off two fantastic versions of cheesecake: double chocolate and classic.
Needless to say not much of it is left.

I was one of the lucky people who had a sample of her cheesecakes. I am a cheesecake connoisseur. No one knows cheesecake like I do. I am 99% certain those cheesecakes came from a business called Concepts in Confection. How she was able to sell them as her own, I don't understand. I will continue to purchase my cheesecakes from Concepts in Confection
Concepts in Confection was contract baking for us but unfortunately they no longer are. The owner, Roberta, is extremely talented and has baked for many businesses. We highly recommend her talents. Also, she has made many birthday cakes for my family that are exceptional. Stop by the Farmer's market this week and try some of our other products this week including our breads, fresh mozzarella, caprese salad, flavored cream cheese and of course my humble cheesecakes :)Thanks, Jessica!
